2042CK--Where is Box 8TA?

Here we go again.

I have been trying to print off a 2042CK form from the internet, to declare my UK tax credits for 2014. Although on the official site the heading reads 2042CK, when you click on the link to bring up the form, the form is only a 2042C. The box I used last year under Divers, box 8TA does not exist this year on the 2042C.

Can somebody maybe point me in the direction as to where to find a 2042CK form to print off, or advise me if there has been any changes to the treatment of UK tax credits, or where I must now declare them.

My form this year has 2042K as number and the 8ta is on the back page, maybe its the same and they changed this yr?? Paper version received in post!

Thanks for that Josie, you are quite right box 8TA is now on the 2042K, which will save a lot of trees not having to print off 8 pages of the 2042CK just to fill in one box!
