Russethouse
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/16866149 Seems a bit harsh, he's not be on trial yet !
Gardengirl
He may not have been tried yet, but it can't be correct that he should captain his country's team while awaiting trial. He can be chosen to play though. I can't understand why the trial couldn't take place earlier - surely footballers are as able as anyone else who has work to attend to to make arrangements to attend a trial - or maybe football is just too big a business these days. blondie
Whatever happened, it is for the best. Perhaps now they can concentrate on the football and put the trouble behind them. I think its time for a clean sweep anyway.
