The Riff-Raff Element
Genuinely try to be less cynical. Stop being a bleeding-heart liberal so much of the time and becomeinstead a gibbering right wing nutcase (is that the true opposite?Someone must know.)Go to the bar in the village a little more often than twice a year - itis deeply dreadful, but it is a local business that we would probablymiss if it closed down.Tidy my sock draw. 5-element
I find it really depressing to "have" to make resolutions. However, this year, I decided that "I am really going to make some changes" in 2007.That feels ominous enough!
Just Katie
Start a new hobby called ME ME ME! Regular hairdos, shopping trips, facials and massages, employ a cleaner (I already have a very nice gardener[:D]).In short I am going to be far more selfish.Oh, and I will keep my mobile phone switched on at all times.[I]

tenniswitch
Improve my French. Get more exercise. Both desirable, but boring (that's the definition of a resolution, right?).
The Riff-Raff Element
Right...I am going to continue not having a mobile phone, nor an ipod, nor a tom-tom.Mankind evolved witout all these things, and unlike so many sad sodswho labour under the misapprehension that a souless lump of cheaplymade electronics is somehow representative of progress, I refuse tobelieve that human ingenuity is inferior to a selection of overpricedChinese tat. Plus I actively enjoy being lost. Fun things can happen.I may also endevour to spend more time naked and run down more of my own game.
