Frank Posted September 15, 2007 Share Posted September 15, 2007 It's here again, that time when you have a gentle whif of cognac wafting through in the house as the good old fashioned chrimbo cake slowly bakes away in the oven[:D] Mines been in for just over three hours and smells devine!! Our french friends love it as well and are looking forward to another slab with wenslydale cheese on chrimbo day!! Used over half a bottle of cognac in last yrs cake, it had carried a warning Do Not Drive or gicve to Children[:D]!!
