Where on the form - health status

Until February 2016 we were in the health system on S1 due to the fact that hubby was on incapacity benefit. He lost this benefit and wethen applied to join the French health system and thankfully were accepted. Do we need to state anywhere on the tax form our new status or will it automatically be picked up.

If you are filling out on paper, then add an extra sheet. If you are on-line then there is a box to tick at the end of the form for adding extra information.

They may well however be aware anyway.
