Will
In the A.N. Wilson biography of Betjeman, she is not named, but is described as 'a bossy young woman who ran the canteen at the Ministry of Information'. He hardly knew her, but imagined her - as described in a letter to Osbert Lancaster - as a doctor's daughter from Surrey, and turned out to be almost correct (she actually lived on the Surrey-Hampshire border).
