I always felt like this on previous attempts then ended up caving in but this time is different. I really feel like a non smoker.I saw a very attractive lady walking towards me in work the other day but when she past me a foul waft of air followed her. I thought OMG if only she was aware of that whilst she was painting her nails and dolling herself up each morning.PPP, you feel as though you have been robbed of something, I have been there and sadly failed when I felt like that. This time I thought "well girl, you have got to give up sometime or you will die younger". I have not missed them big time (apart from 2 gliches), and, because of the way I have felt mentally, I have not felt robbed or put on weight.They say ex smokers are the most anti. We have got to be to keep us strong. Allow this habit to repulse you PPP. [:@] [:@] so I did!!! [:@] [:@] I had four in a fairly short space of time... [+o(] not quite chain smoking but certainly 'angry smoking' ... anyway... once I'd calmed down I realised how horrible they are and how I really don't want them. I felt tight chested all night and had a really bad headache this morning... all of which I blame OH for of course... [:D][:D] So whilst I fell off the wagon..
