Frederick
Seems as far as Dorset is concerned loud bangs in public places are to be banned under Health and Safety rules as it frightens kids and animals ...The malitia in Wimborne are not to be permitted to fire their muskets over the town square Xmas tree this year it seems on health and safety grounds .......Has anybody told HM the use of the Kings Troop in Horse Guards on her birthday to salute the event could soon be a breech of H&S ..... And all those pigeons they suddenly put up must be frightened so cause for the "cruelty to feathered friends society " if there is one to get their six penneth in and have a bann set up ........what next ?
