Frederick Posted February 15, 2009 Share Posted February 15, 2009 So you are a minister and claim alllowances for a home in London...lots of cash...You tell the world how much time you spend there a lot more than the couple of days the press say you live there ..But you forget that your Police protection officers have to pitch up at the house while you are in residence to look after your hide .You forget the neighbours see the boys in blue outside ..so know just how long you really are there so know you are telling porkies !You forget the logged hours the Police must have to keep on record .there for any parliamentary investigation to check .....and our leaders are supposed to be bright ? Dog Posted February 15, 2009 Share Posted February 15, 2009 The arrogant women knows she cannot be touched for it as the MP's made the rules and it seems they are so lax you can just claim the money.Morally and in the spirit of what expenses are for she could be said to be taking money by deception.On those question panel shows they just look down their smug noses and let the hoi polloi worry about trivia while they milk the system.P.S. As Home Secretary she gets the police protection and a bullet proof car plus fuel and driver for fifteen years after leaving office. Yet another nice little perk.
