Frederick Posted March 12, 2009 Share Posted March 12, 2009 I never knew we were giving aid to Chinea ...it seems some MP wants us to keep giving it to them in the form of £10 million a year to keep an "Aid Presence " after the current agreement expires in 2011......This to a country with Foreign Exchange reserves 37 times greater than the UKs....From what I saw of them last year they dont exactly look is if they are starving to death .. You take your life in your hands crossing the road and stand a good chance of being hit by a Merc in Hong Kong ....... I could think of better parts of the world that might need what this cash could provide .....I wonder who else we are sending cash to in the way of aid that does not really need it ?
