AnOther Posted September 30, 2009 Share Posted September 30, 2009 What the piece does not mention is that the phenomenon is almost exclusively confined to the newer 3g models.There are probably just as many if not more incidences of laptops and other electronic items with lithium batteries spontaneously combusting but because the iPhone is such a high profile device it gets the front page.
