Gastines
For the last few days when putting up any site the edges of the picture./words are now off screen. How can I reduce this by approx 1cm? Any advice as it will save me the having to ask my granddaughter on her next trip.Regards.
Âme
Hello. Try holding down 'control' and press the minus sign (the one to the right of the 0 in the top row)Does that work?
buelligan
I am tempted to suggest buying a bigger screen....but that would be flippant and not terribly sympathetic [:$] You could try going to your desktop, right clicking, select Properties, then Settings and adjust there. But you (or someone) must have changed something in the first place to make this happen I think. Good luck anyway![:)]
dave21478
Is it a laptop or a standalone screen on a desktop PC? if its a seperate screen, most have some buttons on the front to acess a menu where you can define the horizontal and vertical stretch and positioning of the image, as well as the usual brightness and contrast etc.
Gastines
Ame, easy isn't it. Thanks to all for teaching me what my juniors know all about. I'm still typing with one finger and that is nearly the limit of my skills unless a hammer and nails are involved. Thankyou.Regards.
