Dog Posted February 24, 2010 Share Posted February 24, 2010 Caught sight of one of his paintings on the TV.Fascinating and suberb paintings it seems Lowry liked and bought his work.I have a few Ralph Hartleys but they are pedestrian in comparison. The last one I bought was from a provincial dealer who told me he couldn't afford Lowrys he was offered in the sixties and early seventies as two hundred pounds was above his limits.
