Iceni Posted February 26, 2010 Share Posted February 26, 2010 This is a question for the legal eagles amongst you.The FA has held onto TV monies due to PFC and instead distributed them to football clubs owed money by PFC. Surely this is granting preferential treatment to some creditors ahead of others or are football clubs immune from the rules that normally apply?
