Quillan Posted March 7, 2010 Share Posted March 7, 2010 Health tourists owe NHS £22 million, Department of Health revealsI don't know about other parts for French but the hospitals down here (Carcassonne, Toulouse and our local hospital) require either your Carte Vital (or attistation - thing thats the right word/spelling), EU health card or a credit/debit card before you get seen, with the exception of accidents of course.
