UK Welfare state alive and well - or reasons not to have a vasectomy

The Western Daily Press reports that a Yeovil couple with 9 children, who already receive £42,000 pa (£3,500 per month) in state benefits, have been upgraded to a larger £300,000 house on which the local council has spent £50,000 to make it ready for them.

The lovely couple are pictured lounging in front of their new home - I say pictured, but they are largely obscured by fogs of tobacco smoke.
