Where/how do you list your bank accounts on the on-line declaration? I used to simply supply a separate sheet with a paper form.

I've not done this as a first time for many years so I automatically get the required form 3916

But I think on page 4 (?) you should click on Declarations Annexes which should give you the option of form 3916.

You should tick box 8UU which is under Divers on form 2042 and you need to put the bank and other foreign account details on form 3916

You mark the box that generates the form 3916 at the beginning of the online process. You later select how many forms you need.
