WendyG
Hi BubblesThanks for that|Just thought I would try and inject a bit of seasonal cheer amidst the doom and gloom of the economic problems and the ghastly weather conditions some people are experiencing. Not to forget the riots in London. My family and everyone I speak to now are going to have a quieter Christmas this year and are reining in the spending. I remember very happy Christmases at home on the farm where nearly everything was home produced, home made and even recycled, the absolute joy for of one Christmas was to receive a secondhand baby doll (my aunt had asked around all her friends and one of them found the doll in the attic).WendyG
pachapapa
This afternoon sunday was the Concert de Noêl at the St Laurent church in Parthenay, thoroughly enjoyed the programme of 17 french carols.A particular favourite was a popular 16th century french carol "Les Anges dans Nos Campagnes".http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1HsQuCOouLM&feature=related
