Sunny days Posted May 16, 2010 Share Posted May 16, 2010 Having read through some of the excellent threads I am trying to cover all bases when selling my apartment in Sete. My understanding is that the notaires and agents fees are covered by the buyer. Is this correct? What other fees do I need to consider as the seller.?Assuming Notaires fees are met by buyer then do I need to appoint a Notaire or just leave it up to the eventual purchaser. And finally. Can anyone recommend an agent in this area and / or advise on how property has performed over the past 4 or 5 years. I suspect that buyers are thin on the ground but I don't think French property has been pummelled as much as property in the UK.Thank you for reading and I appreciate any advice.
