woolybanana
This headline got me wondering which sports are meant:BBC should do more for minority sports, says rivaland I thought that Bonus Counting for Bankers might be appropriate; Knife Wielding; Speed Mugging; Occupying Empty Property Racing; Smashing Up Town Centres; Clinging to the Bottom of Lorries Endurance race; Couch Potato Endurance Competition; Benefits Claim (a test of skill in accumulating the most money per month)........... the list could be endless; Leaving race (how fast can Brits get out!); Expat leaving race (how fast can Brits get back - this is more of a marathon)...........Anybody wanna add some more? Quillan
I was thinking things like rowing (Henley, Bedford, Thames regattas etc) , hockey etc but then are not these covered on the pay for sports channels anyway? Not having them I wouldn't know mind. If that is the case then normally money changes hands between Sky and the body that represents the sport. Perhaps Sky is trying off load some of their coverage because it does not make them any money.
