We are getting really worried about him as he urgently requires medical attention and may have become confused and disorientated.He was last seen in Belgium and is believed to have visited France (Paris and Clermont-de-l'Oise, Picardy). Ian is 40 years old, around 5'9'' (1.75m), of stocky build. He has longish, dark brown hair and green eyes. He often wears a cap.
