Forget who is suggesting it and why The problem exists and when peoples lives are at stake what is the answer ? Somebody has to take them or let them die  The question of tribes fighting each other seems to be getting worse be it  Arab tribes and with Syria it is a tribal fight to the death here or  Black African tribes  Asian tribes  whoever . Do we  take the losers from these tribal battles or do we turn our backs  let them get on with it and watch them die on TV ?  Its not an easy one . Open the door and and perhaps any despot kicking off a war will expect us to take his  enemies  ......  What is the answer ?    One for the UN to discuss and every member to take her share maybe ?

My basic belief is that people have to fight to get the country that they want and not flee. And I know that some will die and ever was it so, but that is the only way any progress is made.
