Tontine Clause & Charge on English Property

Just to let you know that everything was resolved re the tontine clause, we have sorted out a different clause which suits our situation. Re the length of time to put a charge on an English property, nearly 5 months down the line, we are finally there, and will be moving at the end of this month!!! It has been worth the wait, just to let peoplw know it does come good in the end
