Quillan
Not only have Cadburys stopped producing the milk chocolate coins so many of us loved to put around our Christmas trees but now they have gone and taken the Milk Chocolate out of our Cream Eggs. ( http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/6255360/American-owners-secretly-change-Creme-Egg-recipe.html ) What next I ask, will it be the end of Cadburys Chocolate Fingers, Fruit and Nut etc. Is this what happens when you sell a national treasure to forigners? Is this all part of the grand plan to Americanise us? Bloody disgrace thats what it is. [:@]
Gardengirl
I heard about this on the Today programme this morning, and thought - another tradition down! It was said on the programme that the chocolate had been chosen as the best to go with the 'crime' filling. Later I went shopping and in M&S saw there were boxes of them at each food checkout. I was tempted to buy one to try, but decided it would be a step on the slippery slope!
Théière
Good it couldn't come soon enough! it's not chocolate, it's vegelate and since Kraft (y buggers) took over even more greasy and nasty like American chocolate.I noticed in our local supermarche that they have labelled the Carte d'or as Kraft to let everyone know it's not what they think it is (French). PaulT
Always amuses me when car companies say the MkII model has 3,000 improvements over the old one. Does one conclude that without the improvements the MkI was cr*p?And yes, Kraft went back on a lot of assurances they made when they took over Cadburys.
