Stevehudson Posted April 13, 2004 Share Posted April 13, 2004 Now that the UK government have decided to implement a ban on free NHS treatment to anyone who cannot prove tax residency in the UK (including non resident UK nationals, ie most of us) does anyone know whether the good old E106 will cease to exist? Val_2 Posted April 13, 2004 Share Posted April 13, 2004 Surely though if you are living in France full time after an E106 expires, your french health cover will pay for any reciprocal treatment if you visit the UK, so there is nothing to worry about as long as you have your insurance details and a french E111 when visiting.
