You're up there with some real heavyweights with that time honoured expression. Used by the likes of: Samuel Johnson (18c English writer.) William Pitt the elder (18c Prime Minister - twice.) Susan B Anthony (Massachusetts suffragette). Barack Obama (US President.- DC Dept of Motor Vehicles issue license plates, including the presidential limmo, bearing the expression. Washington residents pay Federal taxes, but do not have representation in Congress).
