woolybanana
The dishwasher seems to be two to three centimetres lower than the standard height of the kitchen cupboards. Would it be safe to use wooden blocks to raise it on, say big strong ones?Any thoughts please?
HoneySuckleDreams
I have seen a lot of kitchen installations recently where the dishwasher is raised up to waist height, rather like a mid-oven. It makes perfect sense to me, what with my knees and back. I see no reason you can't put a block under each leg, it's not as though it spins stuff. suein56
I've seen a cut-to-fit the dimensions of the dishwasher piece of unneeded worktop used, either 27mm or 38mm high, to raise said machine, with great success.Sue

I was told it would drain better, being higher and very pleased I am with it too!No great shakes to raise it, as far as I could see.
