woolybanana
last night there was a fire at london zoo; an aardvark died. this is murder, genocide, sadism. aardvarks are the sweetest , gentlest of creatures so why was it left in a petting zoo without supervision.time to mourn, time to reflect, time to think about your life as you stuff yourselves with bird and pud and the rest.SAVE THE AARDVARK SAVE OUR PLANET.MERRY XMAS TO YOU ALL. andyh4
What makes you think that these animals were not being supervised overnight? The reports I heard said that 8 members of staff had to be treated for smoke inhalation, and given that the fire service were on site a few minutes after 6am this suggests to me that at least some of those were on duty before six and probably overnight. woolybanana
If someone had been on duty the fire would have been detected much earlier, surely. Not sure what happened to the meerkats but have been keeping an eye open in case they turn up here.
