We're having an on-going battle with 'cast-a-llama direct' over non-delivery.No luck in resolving our dispute yet but this helps relieve the frustration! You might like to look through this government site with lots about your rights etc. If you need to go to tribunal with your claim, I think there is a page somewhere on the site which explains the proceedure.
