Pushkin Posted May 20, 2004 Share Posted May 20, 2004 A friend, not on the internet, has to attend the small claims court in Le Touquet as he is suing a furniture maker whose product, a large dresser, did not match the order. Has anyone any experience of the small claims procedure? He speaks only a little French but will have a representative with him who is fluent. He believes the form he received in the post today states that this representative must be 'accredited' in advance but is not sure.
