Ugh.....I don't like the new Orange messagerie but there's not anything anyone can do about that.

What I am requesting, Sue, is rather simpler (at least for you[:D])

When I am writing an email, I can no longer see the formatting bar so cannot do bold, italics, etc.  Please can you help?

Also, whilst you are here, could you explain how I flag urgent messages?

The formatting bar is there when I open the Orange webmail page and click on 'écrire un message'.

At the top is 'envoyer' .. then 'enregistrer dans brouillons' .. etc

Underneath is 'de' : then 'à' : .. etc etc

Underneath ' signature' then 'thème' ..

Underneath again : 'Police' .. 'Taille' .. then G I S

for Gras, Italique, Souligné.

Cannot see a way to flag up important .. sorry.

If your presentation is different then it could be your browser/navigateur .. which one are you using ? Let me know and I'll do some research.

With Chrome la messagèrie Orange works fine.

Just tried with Opera and that is the same as on Chrome.

Just tried FF and that is fine too.

How new is your computer .. are you using Win7 or 8 or 10 ?

Stopped panicking and looked closely at the elements you have mentioned.  What I need to do is click "mise en forme" and then all the stuff you have talked about came up OK......phew!
