woolybanana Posted August 12, 2019 Share Posted August 12, 2019 Over the last three years I seem to have been very unlucky with online orders; incomplete or wrong or just plain broken.Recently, two out out of three orders for garden kit have been busted when delivered. One I did not check and am still trying to sort with GammVert. Today I asked the delivery driver to wait while I checked and then, there they were, cracks in the goods. No problem, he said, many customers do this. Then I saw his delivery sheet with several refusals of goods this morning.Is it just that the delivery drivers from factory onwards are busting the stuff as they are under such pressure or what?What is anyone else’s experience? idun Posted August 12, 2019 Share Posted August 12, 2019 I haven't had many things that have been damaged, but when it has happened I have sent whatever it was back and only had a problem once with the vendor.Thanks for posting this, as so much else we are dealing with at the moment has as usual turned to xxxt with endless subsequent problems..... and I had forgotten that not 'everything' was causing problems.But have I spoken too soon........ ordered a load of stuff last night, so we shall see!
