3141Castro
We have recently applyed for our permis de construire, for our renovation project.Do we have to place a notice on the buildings, detailing our application? We think we are going mad - because now we cant seem to find out what we need to do... Is it an old rule? Our architect won't return our calls at the moment, and the mairie is closed - Does anyone know the procedure? Thanks in advance!
Val_2
Yes you do have to provide a board (easy to buy in builder's merchants or your builder will provide it normally) with the details as required so that the general public are free to read the details and if not happy, follow it up at the mairie where the PdC was issued. zeb
As Val says - get the board from the builders' merchants (we got ours free as it advertises them) but I don't think you actually display it until your plans have been passed and the work begins.bon courage........helen
Stephenlemmon
Hello. Congratulations on getting your planning permission! You have to display the permission on your land / building to renovate as soon as it is granted and leave it there until the work is finished. You have to use a rectangular panel of at least .80m and it must be visible from the public road. Hope this helps!Stephen.
