Montydog Posted July 27, 2004 Share Posted July 27, 2004 Hi all!, Anyone know the legal implications for me if an unauthorised neighbour uses my pool when I'm in the UK and has a child fatality? At the present time non rented pools do not need an alarm/fence/cover until 2006 after which there is a fine of 45,000 euros for not complying.
