Owens88
I found this story in my e-mail today.Michael Keith-Smith, a former Conservative party member was recentlyawarded #10,000 damages in a libel action brought after insults posted inan internet chat room. I cannot insert it all because it is part of a limited advice publication by a legal company , but I am sure that anybody really interested could do their own research. Owens88
I wasn't calling you any of the above. (Just in case anybody steps in not having seen the smilies !). Sorry you cannot bank £10,000 from me. NTL was referred to further down the Grauniad article. A telco/ISP of historically poor reputation, but possibly improving now.
