Baz
I have managed to alter a setting and have spent ages trying to put matters right, I am sure there is a quick fix but I have not found it so far. I am using IE 7 and XP, The task bar at the bottom of the page containing the quick launch Icons, clock etc is lost behind the windows when maximised and only appears when I make the window smaller. The window when fully enlarged should never cover the task bar. I hope I have explained this clearly any help would be appreciated.Baz
Clair
Hve you tried: right-click on taskbar, properties, taskbar tab, tick the "keep on top of other windows" option and unclick the "mask" option
Baz
Clair many thanks for your quick response although I had looked at task bar tab I had missed ticking "keep the task bar on top of other windows. So easy when you know how, only wish I had asked earlier and saved such a frustrating time. Thanks again Clair.Baz
