Unfortunately, we have now decided to split up and are wondering the best way to deal with the French property. We could sell and take the hit on the capital gains and split the money. However, I was wondering if we came to an agreement in some other way I could "gift" him my part of the property so he can keep it and also avoid paying tax if possible.Has anyone any idea if this is possible?Juliet Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
