When I reply to a posting using quote , why does it come out in g de g . I have noticed a few others with the same problem ...

what compatibility button ??

also control C and v no longer post a short cut just the text .... and i am typing this reply in a box 2 inches wide by 1 inch high

and fire fox is not compatable with some software I use

You don't have to use Firefox for everything, I have that and IE (expept that my computer guy made Firefox my default, but you don't have to)

 If I copy and paste rather than use the quote feature I try to make text italic so its clear which is the quote and which the post.
