Toby Posted November 21, 2004 Share Posted November 21, 2004 HiWe are in the process of buying some land in Poitou-Charente, the purchase is subject to obtaining CU. Does this mean that we will automatically obtain planning permission from the Mairie to build our houses or could we be refused even though we have CU?ThanksToby Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
BJSLIV Posted November 21, 2004 Share Posted November 21, 2004 In essence the CU allows you to build something, the Permis De Construire confirms what you can build ie style , position, colour, type of windows etc etc. Its worth remebering that the CU has a time limit and if you don't submit a PdC application, you will to renew the CU.
