M Bondoux is french and does not speak english but she has an english speaking negotiator working for her, Laurence Williams (female) and she is fluent in english and married to a welsh man! When we bought our house they acted and M Bondoux insisted we had a total english translation of every word which was said and read. It cost 100 euro but was well worth it.
