mint
I know that some people read their PMs via their email and not through the Forum. For example, if the times viewed says "3", and you have replied to someone's initial message, how can you tell if the person has read your reply or not?I'm just curious, that's all. Of course, not all messages require an answer but sometimes you'd like to know if the person has read your message, nonetheless. Is there a way to do it? Clair
Every time the PM is accessed for creating, reading, replying or editing, the "Views" count goes up by 1.
mint
Thank you, Clair. So, "3" after you've replied to a message, means the recipient has read your reply?
Clair
You write the first PM: Views = 1The recipient reads it: Views = 2The recipient replies: Views = 3You open the reply: Views = 4You send a reply: Views = 5and so on...

Gardengirl
Of course, there are those of little memory who need to click on messages again to be reminded what they've forgotten! It's a beautiful day here in SE UK; it's 7C and sunny - a pleasant, mild day, after the chill and icy conditions. Walking on pavements? No problem today!
