Fittersmate Posted December 15, 2015 Share Posted December 15, 2015 I can log in without any problem on one of our laptops but when trying to log in on another I just get message telling me user name or password are invalid. This I have had happen to me ... one laptop has a light to show that caps lock is turned on and the other doesn't, so sometimes I get 'password' error when logging in somewhere as I have inadvertantly used capitals instead of lower case.Sue Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
