Nickd
We were really happy with Christine Collier, a French qualified solicitor resident in Plymouth (01752 256068 / christine.collier@which.net). Our sale in the Creuse went through in September - it was very reassuring to have a really sharp bilingual expert on our side who was fully conversant with the whole business. Christine translated all the documents into English for us and crucially, spotted a fosse septique problem that saved us her fee and a good deal more. Arriving at the Notaire's office to sign, we had a full translation of everything, so really understood what we were signing for!Having originally wondered whether it was worth having legal assistance, we ended up very pleased that didn't just wing it..Nick
