Taking Children

As there has been a post about taking children abroad, I thought that I would start this one too.

I'll put a living in France slant on this. If a couple is having problems whilst living here and say one of the parents says 'I'm leaving, I'm going back to England with the kids'. Without the other parent's consent then they cannot take the child(ren) away from their home. If someone did this, then they would be abducting the children, with all the consequences that entails.

So if it all goes wrong, do things legally.
