Grasshopper28
HiAm new here, and I'm hoping someone can help me out!My grandparents are coming over to visit us in May and my Grandmother is under the impression that she can only stay for 4-5 weeks otherwise she will have to forfeit her pension from the UK. Can this be right? What about all the pensioners who go on holidays for the whole winter, surely they won't lose their pensions for that time?Does anyone know where I can find out more, or does anyone know the answer? She would like to stay for longer, but doesn't want to lose her money, quite understandable really! Thanks in advanceVicky

Baz
If like many pensioners your Grandmothers pension is paid 4 weekly direct into her Bank or Building Society account, then being away for a long as she wishes will not be a problem as the payment will automatically continue to be paid.Baz
