0DRLddMMyyyy0Falseen-USTrue
without going into too much info. If "K" owns a house in France and has done for years, but hasn't lived in it and "P" who lives in it, pays the bills, has done considerable amount of renovation on it, is there anyway "K" can transfer house to "P" in lieu of renovation debts, can this be done without selling it to them? They are related.
Val_2
You would have to consult a notaire in any case to draw up new papers of ownership so that is your first port of call. You can't just transfer ownership to someone else here on a whim because of the inheritance laws.
Mysfloss
as val2 says visit the notaire , there will be all the notaires fees even if the house is free
