Alexis
Did you see this idea on the news yesterday? I only saw the end bit but it depends on free land in the commune then a three bedroom pavillion of, I think, 120m² will be built. All the same design.2000€ down and 500€ per month for 20 year. Teamedup
80m² in a garage is not huge. However, I could easily get a full house planned out in 80m² with three bedrooms.Dreary they may be, but as people will be buying them I'm sure that they will do their own little touches that will cheer the places up. I think that this is a great idea.
letrangere
We were blissfully happy in 97 sq m of Paris apartment, despite fact that we'd both always lived in very large properties previously and had to leave half our furniture in storage. And friends visiting from England found it huge in comparison with London flats and/or their weekend cottages in southern England countryside. I would argue a home is what you make it, irrespective of size. M
SaligoBay
<<Well my garage is 80m2, I don't think I would like to try to put 3 bedrooms in there.>> My entire house is just over 100m²! You could rent your 80m² out to some French people who have nowhere to live?<<I wonder if the gov will design dreary clothing to go with them.>> No need. France is already a world leader in dreary clothing!
