Jill

Jill (99)
I'm sure I posted a couple of weeks ago to ask when the clocks change in France. I seem to remember one year it was not at the same time as in England and that I was there at that time. I think I'll be there for this if they change at the same time as in England. Can anyone advise please?I've done a search to try to find my posting from before. I think I must have dreamt it!Thanks
Teamedup
Until a few years ago there was a difference in the dates in autumn we used to change in France about a month before the UK, but as far as I can remember the spring ones have always been the same. And according to my calender it says the 27th of March this year. And the autumn one is the 27th of Oct.

Neil
These sites give the history of summer time:http://www.merlyn.demon.co.uk/uksumtim.htmhttp://www.rospa.com/roadsafety/info/summertime_paper.pdfFrom these it appears that summer time was harmonised across the EU in 1997.
