Ex Forum Admin
BBC 2's Daily Politics programme is going to be broadcasting from Boulogne next Wednesday 15th June. The Daily Politics is a day-time political show, hosted by Andrew Neil and Daisy Sampson. Next week's show they'll be talking about the EU constitution and the future of Europe ahead of the European Council meeting on Thursday 16th.They are looking for a panel of 5 to 6 men and women, expats based in Boulogne or the surrounding area, to take part. You don't need any expert political knowledge - just views. It’s a fairly irreverent, loosely based chat, they're not after facts and figures, just lively comment from people living and working across the channel.Timings: It's a live programme - on air French time at Midday. Threy always do a rehearsal though, talking through how the discussion will work and making sure everyone's happy with the format. Anyone able to take part would need to be with them from 11.00am French time - from Boulogne's market area. Exact location to be confirmed. The discussion would go on for seven minutes - which doesn't sound long, but its quite a decent chunk in telly terms. Anyone interested in taking part should e-mail Edwina.Thomas@bbc.co.uk or call mobile - 0044 07736481312
