Little girl in urgent need of help

There's a little girl, aged one year, with a rare form of leukaemia. She's in hospital at the moment in Rennes. To save her life, she needs somebody whose blood group is the very rare A rhesus negative, preferably a male and aged less than 40 years.

If anybody knows someone who might be able to help, they should contact:

It it sadly, turns out to be a hoax, please bear in mind that the more genuine/kind of heart the person is, the more they are likely to accept this type of thing at face-value.

Double damnation - I should have checked it out myself, but the information was sent to me by a doctor so I took it at face value. Apologies to everybody. Now I'll have to go back to all the forums where I posted, and write to all the people I sent details to you. What a silly waste of a Saturday afternoon.

I suppose it isn't really a 'bad' hoax, as the story was true at one time. It's sad that the young girl didn't make it.

A hoax or not, many contributors to this forum would not have been able to help since blood from British residents is not acceptable in France because of the supposed elevated risk of variant CJD in the UK population.
